Privacy Policy

Summary

Learn Kurdish is designed to collect as little data as possible. The app has no account system, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.

What we store, and where

All learning data stays on your device:

• lesson progress, crown levels, XP and statistics
• streak, hearts, Dendik balance and shop items
• your settings (app language, daily goal, sound, reminders)

We do not transmit this data to our own servers. We have no servers.

Purchases

Premium subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, together with our payments partner RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.). RevenueCat receives a pseudonymous app user ID and purchase receipts to validate your entitlement. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email address or learning data. We never see your payment details; those stay with Apple and Google.

Notifications

The optional daily reminder is a local notification, scheduled on your device. Nothing is sent to us. You can turn it off in Settings or in your system settings at any time.

Your rights (GDPR)

• Export: Settings, then "Export my data", shares a JSON copy of everything the app stores.
• Delete: Settings, then "Delete all my data", permanently erases all local data. Deleting the app has the same effect.
• Because we hold no personal data on servers, there is nothing further for us to delete or correct. For purchase records, contact Apple or Google support.

Children

The app is suitable for ages 4+ and contains only cultural and educational content. We knowingly collect no personal data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If a future version adds features that change this policy (such as accounts or cloud sync), we will update this document and ask for any legally required consent in the app before the change takes effect.
